Return Policy

• You may return an item within 15 days of invoice, except for special-order items.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
• Returns after 15 days may be accepted by prior authorization only, but will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• If you suspect a product is faulty, contact us to arrange testing.

• If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
• If the item is found not to be faulty, a 20% restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
