IMPORTANT FABRICATION AND WARRANTY NOTICE

Our aluminum driveshaft kits are professional-grade components intended only for fabrication by qualified driveshaft builders using the proper machinery, measuring equipment, welding procedures, and balancing equipment.

Aluminum tubing may have minor manufacturing deformation or runout. This is normal and must be inspected, properly centered, aligned, and corrected during fabrication. All weld yokes and other components must be accurately fitted and centered with the tubing before welding. The completed driveshaft must be checked for straightness, runout, weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and dynamic balance before installation or operation.

The purchaser and fabricator are responsible for verifying:

• Correct component selection and compatibility
• Proper tube preparation, alignment, and centering
• Correct welding methods and procedures
• Acceptable straightness and runout
• Proper dynamic balancing
• Correct driveshaft measurements, operating angles, clearance, and installation

Our warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in the individual components supplied by Driveshaft Components LLC. It does not cover vibration, failure, damage, labor, removal, installation, towing, or other expenses resulting from improper fabrication, welding, alignment, balancing, measurement, installation, vehicle modification, misuse, or operation beyond the component’s intended application.

Claims involving a completed driveshaft may require inspection of the complete assembly and documentation of measurements, fabrication procedures, runout, and balancing results. Components that have been welded, altered, machined, installed, or damaged through improper fabrication are not eligible for return or replacement unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

By purchasing or using this kit, the purchaser acknowledges that driveshaft fabrication is specialized work and accepts responsibility for having the assembly completed and verified by a qualified professional.
